Liberty Mod 1
Introduction
CCR Advanced EANx Diver or CCR Mod 1 program is designed to train competent divers in safer use and technology of Liberty CCR unit in both backmount and sidemount configuration using air and nitrox as diluent.
Course Requirements
• minimum 18 years old
• IANTD Advanced Nitrox Diver or equivalent
• 50+ logged open water dives
• all participants must be able to swim at least 270 meters (300 yards) in 14 minutes
• all participants must be able to swim a distance of at least 12 meters (45 feet) on a breath hold
• valid DAN World insurance or equivalent
Minimun Course Duration
• 5 days
Minimun Dives Required
• 8 dives on CCR
Course Limits
• max. 3 students per 1 instructor
• air/nitrox diluent
• maximum depth 40 meters (130 feet)
• ppO2 set point must not exceed 1,3 ATA
• decompression up to 15 minutes
• only one bailout stage bottle may be carried
Equipment Recommendation
• primary and spare mask
• non-split fins
• compass
• cutting device
• wetnotes w/ uw pencil
• Safety Marker Buoy (SMB)
• spool with at least 30 meters (100 feet) of line
• one primary light: BC mounted canister dive light w/ Goodman handle
• two backup lights
• exposure suit appropriate for the environment with at least one pocket, hood
• S80 bailout stage bottle with rigging
• stage regulator with one 1st and one 2nd stage, SPG

Liberty Mod 2

CCR Normoxic Trimix Diver or CCR Mod 2 program is designed to train competent divers in safer use and technology of Liberty CCR unit in both backmount and sidemount configuration using air and trimix as diluent.
Course Requirements
• minimum 18 years old
• IANTD CCR Advanced EANx Diver (CCR Mod 1) or equivalent
• 50+ hours on CCR
• all participants must be able to swim at least 270 meters (300 yards) in 14 minutes
• all participants must be able to swim a distance of at least 12 meters (45 feet) on a breath hold
• valid DAN World insurance or equivalent

CCR Cave Upgrade
Introduction
CCR Cave Diver upgrade program is designed to train the open circuit certified full cave divers in safer use and technology of Closed Circuit Rebreathers in overhead environment using air/nitrox as diluent.
Course Requirements
• minimum 18 years old
• IANTD CCR Advanced EANx Diver (CCR Mod 1) or equivalent or higher on the unit to be used
• 50+ hours on the CCR unit to be used
• all participants must be able to swim at least 270 meters (300 yards) in 14 minutes
• all participants must be able to swim a distance of at least 12 meters (45 feet) on a breath hold
• valid DAN World insurance or equivalent

• 3 days
Minimun Dives Required
• 3 cave dives on CCR
Course Limits
• max. 3 students per 1 instructor
• air/nitrox diluent
• ppO2 set point must not exceed 1,3 ATA
• bailout cylinder ppO2 may not exceed 1,6 ATA at the MOD
• one bailout cylinder and one decompression cylinder may be carried
• maximum depth 40 meters (130 feet)
• 1/3 of oxygen, diluent and/or scrubber for cave penetration; must stay within the bailout exit capacity
• maximum depth 40 meters (130 feet)
• minimum 6 meters (20 feet) of visibility to enter a cave
• full cave diver navigation (jumps/gaps, intersection [ T ], traverses, circuits) and restrictions are allowed
• no scooter diving, no exploration, no photo/video dives, no solo diving
